Your phone is a reflection of you!

As an Independent Contractor you are a business. Your phone is your point of contact with the patients/clients. As we live in world where you everyone is getting spam calls, having an out of state cell phone number can leave patients to thinking- you too are spam. Well we don't want that. Make sure to follow these steps to represent yourself as a business.

1- Ensure your Voice Mail is set up Identifying you as a therapist your Name , Title etc. (so many times our voicemails are not custom, so you cant tell who you are)

2- Always leave a message to the person you are calling identifying yourself and from LifeCare

3- Have identifying information like which physician referred so they know you are a real person

4-Text the cell phone with a nice scripted text identifying yourself to call you - Example-

"Hello this is James Smith from LifeCare trying to reach you to set up the PT Evaluation- give me a call when you can"

5- Look into Google Voice with a local number as your business
