About HUCU.ai
HUCU.ai is a HIPAA compliant communication app that can be accessed from your phone or computer and allows for real-time communication between LifeCare team members. LifeCare will not be using the patient channels for direct communication with patients only the direct messaging and channels (for group texts).
Getting Started
We've already created your HUCU.ai account for you!
Just follow these easy steps to get started:
STEP 1: DOWNLOAD
Download the HUCU.ai app from Google Play or the App Store and/or access from your Google Chrome Browser: https://webapp.hucu.ai/login
STEP 2: LOG IN
Your username will be your first initial plus last name. For example, Jane Smith will be JSmith.
Your temporary password will be HuCu123!

STEP 3: CHANGE YOUR PASSWORD
Go to your account profile to change your password.


Direct Message
Direct message allows you to communicate with one other person on the team. Simple click the "=" sign next to the Direct Message, search by name and then enter your message. You can add text, files, pictures or links to your message.


Channels
Channels allow you to communicate with multiple team members at once. There is an "Admin" Channel already created where you can message Elisha, Marika & Connie simultaneously.
