If Marika or Elisha assigns a patient and approved this patient as an Out of Area patient with a different circumstances of payment, please make appointment type as

Standard Visit-Out of Area in the drop down when making an appointment. This is the only way to identify this patient as an exception to payroll to differentiate from your normal rate.
