Wound Care Services

LifeCare Therapy is partnering with Integrity Medical & Healing Group to provide wound care services to our patients without needing to transition to home health care services. The service is currently only available to Medicare patients from Northern Miami Dade to West Palm Beach but we are working to provide the service throughout our coverage area. The service does not replace any existing providers as the group only focuses on wound care.

If A Patient Has a Wound

• Take a picture of the wound to upload to HUCU.

• Please provide the wound location and approximate size.

• Length of time the patient has had the wound.

LifeCare will forward the information to Integrity Medical & Healing who will make appropriate recommendations and coordinate any needed care services directly with the patient and the patient's medical provider. Therapy will be able to continue during this time.
