LifeCare wants to make sure we are sharing who the team is that is here to support you in all your needs and patient care. We work hard to make sure every piece of the puzzle is covered and all your needs as a therapist are met. There is no "I" in team.. We are here for you!
NOTE: You can always text us in a "GROUP TEXT" to make your life easier and put your needs out to the group and we will take it from there. Save our cells in your phone.
NOTE: Our Hours of operation are 8am-5pm. Please only text if it is an emergency outside of business hours. You can always send a task or email if you are trying to get info out at night.

Connie Sakell- Clinical Director-
Reach out to Connie if you have any Clinical or Documentation questions. She is our documentation Guru, she will review Maintenance cases, case review if stuck on .. recertification or discharge questions etc. Have a problem with a template in EMR she is the one to speak to.

Lexi Larson- Director of Operations/Vice President/COO
Reach out to Lexi if you have any billing related questions or payroll issues. Email is best way to reach Lexi and if she needs to call you she sure will. Lexi oversees all operations with Lifecare and if you have a concern feel free to send her a note.

Elisha Becker- Director of Admissions
Once a case is active and assigned to a therapist , then it is over to Elisha. Active patients need case management, items such as family members needing to talk, setting up additional services, getting daily needs/questions asked feel free to text or task. If you have a facility need or needing to speak to a management person. Always reach out. Questions on basic clinical items outside of Maintenance can be directed to her. She can answer fitness plus questions or any other private pay matters. New Hire of therapists and setting up interviews, you can send info to her email. Incident reports and other emergencies reach out.

Marika McFayden, Assistant OPT Administrator
Marika is the facilitator of all things assignments as well as HR Personnel. Once the initial referral is processed she will oversee the assignment of all patients to therapists. Marika will be doing all assignments through the EMR system if you are not able to take a case you can task her back so this can be re-staffed in an efficient manner. Marika will be available by texting if you have any immediate staffing concerns. Marika will help you mange your census needs. She will also ensure that your HR file is up to date. Need a password reset on EMR she will be your gal.

Jackie Bryan, Admissions Coordinator
Jackie is the initial point of contact for referrals. She calls patients, reviews their patient information as well as insurance reviews. Jackie works with Dr and referral sources for new patients coming into Lifecare. Jackie handles a high volume of calls and faxes coming into the office on a daily basis. She gets a lot of messages of patients cancelling or needing to speak to their therapists. She will work in conjunction with Marika on getting therapists the information they need-primarily through text.
