Phone numbers and Contact Info

LifeCare Therapists- when you first meet a patient in the Intake Packet there is a Welcome Letter that has space to allow you to leave your phone number of the Supervising Therapist and/or the Treating therapist. Please ensure they have the correct contact info as if there is an emergency or change of appointment times, etc. they can reach you. We also provide blank business cards.

The office is a delay in getting the patient messages/ information to you if they are calling our office directly instead of the therapist in the field. We take customer service very seriously at LifeCare and when you take a patient on your caseload. Commit to that patient and the relationship which includes them being able to reach you.

Super Cool Feature: In Hucu- when you click on a therapist name in a Channel their personal email and cell phone number pops up. So you always have access to everyone's cell phone numbers!
