Payroll.. when, how, where?

Lifecare is on an every two week payroll system. To find out which week you are on please ask the office.

Payroll is based on a combination of what is scheduled (Visit Type) and what is billed. The visit must be signed before midnight each Saturday to be included in payroll. Late notes are never accepted after the Saturday deadline.

Your Pal Cals are sent to you directly in Hucu. It will typically be sent on Thursday or Fridays.

Payment for Non-Billable Services

There are circumstances when LifeCare will provide reimbursement to you for services that are not billable. Examples include co-treats, medical emergencies or times when you go to a visit as scheduled but cannot treat) and other situations. If this occurs, please notify the office and send a "task" to Alexia Larson of the time spent so she can include in your pay.
