This link will be sent weekly as a Mandatory item for all therapists to fill out in order for us to keep up on how many patients you are taking and how many patients you need.
You are also able to fill out this census link whenever you get a discharge and need to update how many patients you need on caseload.
Our goal is to be working on keeping you full with the caseload you require.
