We are asking for a new addition to the patient channels in Hucu - Pictures/ Identification. For new extra security and to follow current regulations we are asking you to provide one picture of the patient and /or identification to ensure we are working and providing services to the correct person, how do we do that?
Hucu - quick picture. Just one per chart
We will need 1 picture of an Identification Drivers license or Government ID- or if they do not have one- a picture of the actual patient's face only.
Picture of the patient's Insurance Cards- Primary Insurance and Secondary if available. For some may just be Medicare, UHC card, or secondary insurance.
How: Open your patient Hucu channel on your phone, go to camera, click picture- attach-
Very Easy- practice if you need to in Sample Patient

Questions:
Do we do this at every evaluation- No, only if you are the first supervisor in, or if you don't see an ID/Insurance card in the Hucu Channel.
Where do we look for the pictures in the Hucu CHannel to see if already completed- in the drop-down- Files- will see images
Do we need to have more than one- No one picture per patient is fine

Checking the Files- you will see the images listed- you can tag or we will tag to ensure we can easily see the ID/Ins Cards
