At your first pay period you will receive an email stating you have been added to the ITA membership and you can log in to start taking advantage of all the tools, resources, and CEU courses. Lifecare would like to see you complete your courses and get your Certificate of Regulatory Compliance within 90 days of receiving your invitation.

Let me begin by wishing each of you and your families health, success and happiness for 2021 and again thank you for your dedication and commitment to LifeCare and the patients that we serve.

As a company, we recognize that our commitment to excellence in patient care can best be achieved by supporting our team of Independent Contract Therapists. To achieve this, we have negotiated membership to the Independent Therapist Alliance for all of our team members effective January, 2021. This is a $129 value and will give you access to accredited continuing education, free self-employment calculators, a member-only discount program and other resources to support your success as an independent contractor. The membership will last "forever" so you can always benefit from this support even if your work takes you elsewhere.

I am personally asking that once your account is created, that you please complete the continuing education program (6 hours approved for PT/OT/SLP) that is included with your membership. When this is complete, LifeCare will receive a Certificate of Regulatory Compliance that we will have for your personnel record.

Some helpful information on getting started follows and, in addition to the CEU program, we will be providing additional training and resource information for the team on this new learning portal. Please let us know if you have any questions.
