Working in healthcare you will come across people from all over the world living here in Florida. Don't be nervous to take on a patient who speaks little or no English. Here are some tips to handle this client:

1-ask if there is a caregiver or family member who can be available during treatment or at Evaluation to help

2- all Apple Iphones come with a translator app that you can speak into and translates to the patient

3-if you dont have an Iphone- try the Google Translator app

4- learning a few key words in their language can help you go a long way in speaking with a patient about their treatment.

We do our best to give great customer service and patients appreciate you trying to communicate with them. They are here for a medical reason and they need your care, they really love when we go the extra mile to explain what we are trying to do to help!
