Did you use Valet?

Sometimes going to patients' homes means you may go to their buildings requiring parking with the Valet. You can submit the Valet Tickets weekly to payroll with the patient's name, date/time, and cost of the valet to Cody Jones in Payroll.

If the Valet seems high please get approval ahead of time as we need to see if that is an issue for budgeting.

Valet tickets submitted past 30 days of the service date will not be accepted.
