When Documentation Is Due
Documentation must be completed on a timely basis and all documentation is due weekly by midnight on Sunday.
The following are the timelines for completing documentation.
Initial Evaluations/Re-Certifications of a POC: 24-48 Hours
Therapy Notes: Weekly by Sunday midnight
Delayed Documentation:
LifeCare calculates your pay weekly, and it is released every other week via direct deposit. Documentation that is not completed (not signed) is not included in the pay period.
