Don't miss tasks

The task feature in the EMR is where you will receive assignments and requests from our billing team etc. This is separate from our general chats in Hucu. Tasks are related specifically to patient charts and you can see a running list of notes in each patients record.

It is best to complete a task that you do not need anymore so that you clear room for new assignments and tasks coming through.

If you are using Insight Go do NOT reply to tasks but start new ones. The reply feature does not get to admin as we are using a different platform.

Note: if you are only seeing 10 tasks a page you can change to 50 to make sure you are not missing any tasks- see picture! Or you can use arrows to go through the pages of tasks.
