Discharging a Patient in Insight EMR

When you DC a patient you do it in two different sections in the Insight EMR- Discharge Steps

1. Schedule/Arrive the Patient

2. Load Chart Template for a Discharge Report

3. Update Patient Goals

4. In the Client Editor Section, Under Case Information, Change Patient Status from Active to Discharged

5. Enter Discharge Date & Reason. This Turns the Case from Blue to Red

6. Save
