Policy Statement

All staff members are strictly prohibited from using personal mobile phones during therapy sessions. This includes making or receiving calls, texting, browsing, or using social media. Mobile phones must be silenced and stored away while providing direct patient care.

Exceptions

• Emergency situations may warrant immediate mobile phone use.
