Dress Code
LifeCare expects all therapists to maintain professional dress suited for your position and to keep a LifeCare lanyard and professional license with you at all times.

This policy establishes standards of professional attire for therapists to promote a safe, professional, and approachable environment for patients, families, and staff. Consistent dress supports infection control, patient trust, and the facility’s professional image.
Policy
Therapists are expected to maintain a neat, professional appearance at all times while on duty. Approved attire includes scrubs or a polo shirt with appropriate pants, as outlined below.
APPROVED ATTIRE:
Scrubs: Solid-color or facility-approved scrubs that are clean, wrinkle-free and in good condition.
Polo Shirt Option: Solid-color polo shirt or facility-branded polo, paired with khaki, dress, or black pants (no jeans, leggings, or shorts).
Shoes: Closed-toe, supportive shoes are required for safety. Athletic shoes permitted if clean and professional.
Accessories: Minimal jewelry to avoid safety hazards. Name badge worn visibly at all times.
PROHIBITED ATTIRE:
Jeans, shorts, or sweatpants.
Flip-flops, sandals, or open-toe shoes.
Clothing with logos, slogans, or graphics unrelated to the facility.
Excessively tight, revealing, or casual clothing.
