LifeCare will provide payment for services rendered every other Friday via direct deposit. Payment is based on documentation that is completed, and is based on visit type and billed units for services rendered. With this, we will provide you with a detailed pay calculator that includes the patient's name, service provided, and unit(s) billed for reimbursement.  

Your rate is established at the time of contract and can be found in this documentation.
