Steps:
Go to the chart note in InsightGO;
Where the "pen" icon is normally located, there will be a "lock".
Click on this lock, enter your reason and password.
When the note is unsigned, go to your Schedule.
Right click on the apartment and "Edit Appointment".
Change the case to the correct case.
Review and Save.
