Quick Tips
Turn on notifications so that when someone sends you a direct message, you are notified. You can customize your notifications in the Settings under your name.
Use @all to tag everyone in a channel
Use @therapist_name to tag an individual
Right click allows you to book mark a message to save it for later.
Click on anyone's profile pic to see their email and telephone number.
