Working on your documentation and you loaded the wrong chart template? Here is the fix:
Quick Steps:
If you have not started documentation:
Change appointment status from "Arrived" to "No Show".
Cancellation reason is "wrong template"
"Arrive the visit again".
If you have started documentation:
Write N/A in the required fields and sign off.
