Adding A Chart Template

What You Need To Know

• There is a Chart Template that is to be added to every visit whether Evaluation, Progress Report, Re-Cert, Discharge or Standard Treatment Visit

• Chart Templates provide required (and helpful!) fields to help complete the note and also add the Procedure Codes back to your note.

• To add a Chart Template, go to the "paper" icon in the upper right, expand your discipline and add the Chart Template based on your visit type.
