Welcome! LifeCare is an outpatient rehabilitation facility, certified by Medicare as an OPT, and we provide physical, occupational and speech-language therapy services to adults in the comfort of their home, our outpatient clinic or a location of choice. We are committed to excellence in patient care and achieve this by working with a team of therapists that are as dedicated as we are to achieving this objective.
LifeCare has developed this site as a direct source of reference for our policies, procedures and processes related to the provision of care for our patients and as a source of information regarding our organization and operations. Our goal is that the standards that we have developed are practiced by each and every team member in our day to day operations.
